Below is a comprehensive overview of Attachmore software
functions and interface.
Program interface
Once you installed the software,
you will see Attachmore right-click options and
the tray icon on your computer:
The main program window opens after you double-click on the tray icon.
Further, read the descriptions of:
Program window
Double-click the tray icon to open a program window. It displays above the
system tray.
There are tree tabs:
Also, there are a number of menu bar links:
- Preferences - allows
to define right-click options, download link types, and history settings.
- Tools - allows to purge the
history, update the login info, rename PC.
- About - information about the Attachmore Software and its version.
- Hide - allows to hide the program window.
- Help - gets you to the Support
webpage.
Right-click options
There
are two Attachmore options in the shortcut menu: 'Upload to Attachmore' and 'Add
to Attachmore Group'. You will use them to select and group items you want to send.

Informational pop-ups
During uploading, you can see
informational pop-ups above the system tray. These pops will give you status
of how your upload is performing.
You may see three types of popups titled:
- Attachmore - Preparing Items
- Attachmore - Uploading Item
- Attachmore - Upload Complete
By default, when you see the uploading popup, the download link is automatically
copied to your computer Clipboard.
You can always copy download link, click the 'Copy Link' button at the Uploading
Item and Upload Complete popups.
To hide the pop-up, click the 'Hide' link.
Tray icon
Tray
icon indicates that Attachmore software is installed, and ready for work. During
file uploads, an orange arrow means that uploading is running. By double-click on
the tray icon you can open the main program window. By right-click on the tray icon,
you can call the shortcut menu. Read more

Add files and folders
to upload
There are 3 ways to select items for grouping or uploading: using right-click option,
from the main program interface and by right-click on the tray icon.

Pause/Resume upload
There is a possibility to temporally stop uploading and to resume it again. You
can pause/start all current uploads by selecting the appropriate options
from the shortcut menu called by right-click on the tray icon. You can pause/start
uploading of one item in the 'Upload
Queue' tab of the main program window. Right-click the necessary item and
select the appropriate menu option from the appeared shortcut menu.

Copy download link
By default, the download link is copied to the Clipboard automatically when your
start an upload. You can also copy the download link from the popup or from
the history tab. Read more
Send download link
To send an Attachmore download link, simply paste it from the Clipboard into an
email, an instant message or a document.

Delete download link
If your need to disable items for prevent downloads, you can disable the links.
At the 'History' tab right-click an item and select the 'View Edit/Delete Webpage'
option from the shortcut menu. Or you can sign into the My Account section and disable
items in the activity log. Read more
