Main program window
is opened by double-clicking on tray icon.
There are three tabs in the main program window:
'Files to Group', 'Upload Queue',
'History' and a number of menu bar links:
Preferences, Tools, About,
Hide, Help. Read the description of the 'History' tab below.
The ‘History’ tab displays a list of uploaded items: their names, upload
dates, statuses. This tab lets you copy, review and reuse download links for items
you have sent.

Copying download links
To copy a download link, select an item and press Ctrl C on the keyboard (simultaneously).
Or: Select an item and lick the ‘Copy Link’ button. Also, you
can copy the download link by right-clicking on the item and selecting the ‘Copy
Download Link’ option from the appeared shortcut menu.

Viewing download pages
To go to the download page, select an item and click the ‘View Download Page’
button. Or right-click the item and select the ‘View Download Web Page’
option from the appeared shortcut menu. Read

Disabling download links
To disable a link, right-click an item and select ‘View Edit/Delete Webpage’
from the appeared shortcut menu. You will visit a web page allowing you to disable
the download link. Read more
Deleting items from history
To remove a selected item from the list, just press Delete button on the keyboard.
Or: Right-click an item and select ‘Remove’ option from the appeared
shortcut menu.

The download links for items purged from your history will not be disabled.
Note. To purge multiple items from your history use menu option 'Tools'
-> 'Purge History'. You can set to clear all entries earlier then a certain number
of days. Or you clear all the items, you will have a fresh history.
Note. There is an option if to show expired items at the 'History' tab. Go
to the 'Preferences' window,
the 'History' tab and check option 'Show expired items'.

Opening files and folders
To open/load an item, right-click it and from the appeared menu select ‘Open
File’ option.
You can also open the folder where this item is currently located. Right-click the
item and select ‘Open Containing Folder’ from the shortcut menu.
Adding new files
There is a possibility to add a new file to upload. Press Ctrl U. Or: Right-click
and select the ‘Upload File’ option from the appeared shortcut menu.
The standard ‘Open’ dialog will allow you to choose a file on your PC.
Click the ‘Open’ button to add this file to the ‘Upload Queue’

Item details
You can view information about the listed items by means of the 'Task Details'
dialog. To call it, right-click an item and select ‘Details’ from the
shortcut menu. You can see there:
- File name
- Folder – Path to the directory where the item is located on your PC.
- Size – Precise file/folder size in Kilobytes (Kb).
- Link to download file – this option will allow you to
copy the download link.
- Link to delete file from server – this option will allow you to
disable the download link. Recipients visiting the download link are notified
that the file is no longer available for download.
- Expired - Each download link works for 14 days, then it automatically expires. Recipients
visiting the download link are notified that the file is no longer available for
download.

Sorting items
You can sort items by name (click ‘Item’ column heading), by
date (click ‘Upload’ column heading) or by status (click
the appropriate column heading). A small arrow appears on the column heading –
it indicates the order of sorting – straight or reverse:

Also, there is a possibility to define some sorting settings in the
'Preferences' window, at the 'History' tab. You can choose there: if to
show expired items, and if to sort items by descending post dates.
