During uploading the system tray icon shows the moving orange arrow , and also there is a popup under the system tray indicating file name and size:

To pause all current uploads, right-click the tray icon and select 'Pause all'. To start, right-click the system tray icon and select 'Start all'.

To pause uploading of one item, open the main program window (by double-click on the system tray icon). Go to the 'Upload Queue' tab, right-click an item and select the 'Pause' option from the shortcut menu. To resume uploading for an item, right-click it and select 'Resume' from the shortcut menu.
